    Glenn Howard Watson, age 86, died on June 20, 2025, after bravely fighting laryngeal cancer for several years. Glenn was born on October 4, 1938, the second son of Fred William and Myra Jane (Campbell) Watson. He was raised as a child in the small town of Kirkwood, Illinois until the family moved to Aberdeen, SD in 1952. Glenn graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 1956 and then enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps.
