Regina Landeis Obituary (1934 - 2015)

Regina Landeis, 81, Mandan, North Dakota, went to be in the hands of her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at CHI St Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck. A private Memorial Service has taken place. Regina was born April 18, 1934, to Jacob and Josephine (Geiger) Schaff in Mandan, where she was raised and educated. She married Jack G. Landeis in May of 1953. Jack worked as a boilermaker, so they had the opportunity to travel all over the United States with his job. Jack passed away in May 1981. She is survived by two daughters, Dori Leingang and Lynn Landeis; one son, Allen Landeis and wife, Renee McCormick; three grandsons, Brenton Leingang (Colette Kruckenberg), Devron Leingang (Mandi Siem), and Jarrett Landeis; two granddaughters, Brianna Landeis and Danielle Landeis; three great-grandchildren, McKenna Freier Leingang, Dominic Landeis, and Jaylia Landeis; one brother, Albert Schaff; and one sister, Minnie Mizera. Regina was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack; three brothers, Julius, Joseph, and Florian Schaff; and one sister, Florentine (Lib) Kuntz.
