Frances Fetzer

Frances Fetzer, 73, Bismarck ND, passed away on December 26, 2020. A Private Funeral Service will be held, with burial taking place in Napoleon ND at St. Philip Neri Cemetery.

Frances was born November 16, 1947, in Napoleon ND , to Anton and Veronica (Schutt) Glatt. Frances was raised and educated in Napoleon ND and graduated June 1st, 1966. Frances was united in marriage to Robert Lee Fetzer, February 4th, 1967. They made their home in Wishek ND and together had 4 children. Frances later moved to Bismarck where she made a home with her special friend, Jim Kocher

Frances is survived by her 3 daughters Dorinda Ann (Cordell) Wiest, Jacqueline Kay (Jason) Welk, Bobbi Jo Fetzer and her son Farrell Farrand (Stacey) Fetzer all of Bismarck. 9 Grandchildren - Austin (Kayla), McKenzie, Dawson, Wyatt, Carrington, Brittany (Bryce), Cole, Nevin \u0026 Nya. 4 Great Grandchildren - Brekken, Bristol, Braiyah and Brooks. And her special, friend Jim Kocher.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents - Anton and Veronica Glatt, 2 brothers - John Glatt, Alvin Glatt and 1 sister - Mary Bosch.
